Should you be less than happy with your purchase, please return it to HOTEL LUXURY COLLECTION for a full credit (less shipping fees) in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics, fragrances, candles or sale items. Please send your package via an insured and prepaid method. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. ALL HOTEL LUXURY COLLECTION MATTRESS'S, MATTRESS TOPPPERS AND BEDDING ENSEMBLE PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. HOTEL LUXURY COLLECTION MATTRESS AND BEDDING ENSEMBLES ARE COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.
